All classes must be booked in advance through the ToneLAB app. Simply download the app, choose your preferred class, and secure your spot. You’ll be able to see the booking confirm in the app afterwards. Pro Tip: Easily filter through studios by tapping the filter button at the top right in the app!

No, the ToneLAB Platinum membership gives you access to all our studios. You can switch between Reformer Pilates, Interval Weight Training, HIIT, and Strength & Conditioning sessions as you like. We do have style specific memberships available, ask our team more about these if you dont think Platinum is for you!

Yes, we offer an introductory deal for new members. Check our website or app for the latest promotions that let you experience all three studios at a special rate.

Each studio has its own guidelines. For the Reformer studio, grip socks are required. In our Training and Performance studios, athletic shoes and comfortable workout clothing are recommended. Always bring a towel and water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout.

If you need to cancel, make sure to do so before the late cancellation window. Late cancellations are counted as attending the class and may result in a charge or forfeit of a session. Be sure to cancel early through the app if you can’t make it!
